I have had implants since August of last year. Went from b/c to 36 DDD. Both me and my husband LOVE THEM. They are a little different at first but once the swelling subsides and initial healing, they are pretty real for us. mine are under the muscle but no lift and if you try hard you can tell something is different, easier for me than my husband. I have not had any soreness or pain in several months so touching, etc is business as usual. Right nipple is sometimes a little sensitive to touch compared to the Left but no loss of sensation, prob. more. We are also outdoors people and ride ATV's every weekend. I just wear a good support bra. Would do it over. HUSBAND would recommend, plus he gets lost of attention from his friends at work about the "twins" and even has them posted as his cell phone wallpaper and photo album. Prob. his friends too, lucky no face shots. Gave me more confidence too. find a good Dr.
My husband is also a breast man. And he loves them. I am now a 38FF, and they look and feel very natural.
My wife is thinking of having an implant, though I am not too thrilled about it because all the potential complications.
I like to know from you two and others, how do they feel for the husband.
I am a breast man. Would the implants interfere or put limitations on squeezing, cuddling, hugging etc during foreplay ? Would the breasts feel harder to touch for the husband ? What would be the difference between saline and silicone, in husband's point of view ?
Thanks for you input.
I had the same thing happen. If I had decided to do the lift they wanted to do it first and six months later then replace the implants. I have always been large breasted, so I didn't want to have to go without them for six months. My first implants were 500cc and I was very pleased until after having children and they begin to sag. My doctor said that I was really a little over the limit for just replacing them with larger ones, but he said that he thought that it would be fine. I am a large framed person, 5'10 and 160 pounds. So he replace them with 850cc because I wanted a little more fullness also. I am so glad I didn't have the lift and have to going through two surgerys. They are bigger and fuller, but not too much. They look very natural and no longer saggy. I love them and my husband loves them even more.
You do have several choices for revision of your previous breast surgery. First, there is no problem with replacement of the implants as well as lifting the breasts at the same time. Also a lift could be performed if you elect not to alter your existing implants. There is certainly no problem in switching to gel implants with the same or different size.
If the implants are changed, this would be performed first. Then reshaping of the breast would be done with elevation of the nipple position. This is done by removing excess skin, so that there wopuld be no alteration of nipple sensation.
