The Dermasculpt cannula i slightly more flexible than the majority of available devices. In some areas of the face this may not be the best solution since the cannula could be easily deflected from desired track. But, I hear, Dermasculpt will have a "stiffer" option.
The beauty of cannula is in extreme precision of injection especially in the areas where such precision is vital.
Have you tried Dermasculpt on your patients? What do you think of it?
Interesting concept of using a fine blunt needle. I've ordered a box and will give it a try. With the addition of local anesthetics to most fillers, these procedures are now relatively painless. Even with a sharp needle, bruising is relatively rare, but it is certainly worth a try.
