I'm a 21 yo girl, 36DD or E, I've been looking for breast reduction since I was 12 hehe. I know what you mean! it's oh so expensive!!!!
I've lived in California, and I was obsesed by getting a "laser bra" surgery, but my parents couldn't afford it.
Now I live in France, and here, breast reduction is consider like a handicap, so it's covered by social assurance. Anyway, I spended the last two years cherching a good doctor with experience in that area, and I was dissapointed.
I went for by vacations on this Christmas to Mexico, and my mom told me there was an amazing doctor, with lots of experience in breast reduction. So, I went to his clinic, and he explained me how he works. I got convinced and I'll have my br for 5000 dls. (half the price as if he does it in a hospital)
He's the best chirugian of Mexico, I know many people who has had  cosmetic surgery by him. My uncle had a car accident and  he lost part of the head skin. This doctor treated him and now, i swear you cannot see any difference as how he was before his accident. he's really amazing.
If you're interested, i can give you his name, so you can search it in google.
Lots of americans "believes" what they see in their movies about Mexico. Believe me, its my favortie country where I've lived in. and the doctors are one of the best in the world.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
There are many teaching hospitals in NYC with plastic surgery residency programs.  I suggest you have a consultation in their plastic surgery clinics.
