dark patches on both sides of lower lip
Hi i am a 26 year old guy and i have these dark patches on both sides of my lower lip for quite some years now. It looks pretty ugly and would really appreciate some advice on it.

i am 5'10" and weigh around 146 pounds.I dont smoke and i am not a big coffee or a tea drinker. I got my routine checkups done a while back and everything came out normal.

This is more of dermatologic rather than surgical issue. It is possible that the discoloration can be help with either topical agents of the use of laser therapy. I would consult with a dermatologist.
