enlarged axillaries

hi doctor, I'm a 34 year old woman and have had a problem after giving birth to my only child.she is now 12 years old.About a year after i gave birth i noticed both my armpits started to get big, they hurt when pressed on and especially when im on my menstrual cycle. It looks as if i had 4 breasts instead of 2 and very embarasing.I  went to a doctor and said they are not cancerous but i needed surgery to remove them.I dont remember what he said i had but he said it was do to my pregnancy. He said something bout breast tissue. Now my left breast hurts even when not on my period. Please help, what do i have to do and will a surgery reduce my breast size?i dont want to lose my breast size.one of my breast looks like it connected with the armpit,it looks huge!

You have axillary breast tissue that is obviously quite hormone sensitive.  You might want to check with a general surgeon or your gynecologist.  You might want to be evaluated from a hormone status prior to considering any surgical procedure.
