excessive skin after bypass surgery

My friend had gastric bypass surgery he weighted about 400 pounds and now weighs about 185, he has no money for skin removal surgery. Is there a program that can remove the excess skin for donation of the skin.

Wow! I think I found a new business! W all the amounts of skin removed for PS patients everyear there should be a method to plob it into a some handy bio container, keep refrigerated at a storing temp and sent to a live skin bank. Thank you for the splendid business model! Anyone want to join in w me? Live frozen skin must be better the cadaver skin right?

No such program exists.  Human skin used for burn and other treatments is obtained from freely donated cadaver tissue.
