My friend had gastric bypass surgery he weighted about 400 pounds and now weighs about 185, he has no money for skin removal surgery. Is there a program that can remove the excess skin for donation of the skin.

W all the amounts of skin removed for PS patients everyear there should be a method to plob it into a some handy bio container, keep refrigerated at a storing temp and sent to a live skin bank.
