Chin implant jaw stiffness spasms tension headaches

I had a chin implant but had it removed after it wasn't centered properly and experiencing migraines, cramps, pain throughout my lower jaw, tension headaches, & stiff neck like i'm choking. I tried anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, but they do not relieve my symptoms but Vicodin helps with the pain. Doing some stretches and massages helps too. I been with a lot of doctors and specialist but none have helped me. I've seen a TMJ Dentist and told me that I had TMJ, and I used a dental impression but my symptoms still continue. The TMJ Specialist referred me to an DDS,MPH,MSD Specialist. The DDS~Specialist told me that I had myospasms instead and not TMJ. He did infra-laser treatments on me but it did not help me. My symptoms are chronic and I am weary of it. It gets worse when I eat big solid foods, exercise, lift heavy items and even when I talk for a long time.
What is going on with me. What can I do. Who can I see.

I am so sorry I can only imagine how  you feel I am far from an expert, but I would say to you, if this was me I would see another specilaist .When you say it gets worse when you eat big solid foods, you mean like meat /steak....hard to chew, you say when you talk for a long time it is uncomfortable ,that does sound like TMJ  to do with your jaw .We may have a forum that deals with that here on Med Help I will take a look ..
