allergy to saline

I have developed small red bumps in pubic area that then spread to legs, arms and now my face. Could this be due to saline breast implants? I have read that this is not likely but has it happened to others that you have heard from?
What should I do about this?

More likely its an infection of some type.  You should have it seen by a doctor.
