are metacril inyections bad?

I want to get a bioplasti for my butt. What a cosmetry nurse in Peru has e-mail me, is that she could inyect metacril on my gluteous and this inyection will make it bigger without any side effects. I would love to  get this treatment because it does not involve a cirgurey or anything like that, its very easy and dont need to stay at no hospital, i could just go home after it. But im a little afraid of any side effects, or any complication. I read on another posting that metacril is never gonna be aproved in the US, why is that?

do not do it! nooooo way! mecatril is meant for bone and teeth, it hardens and under the skin causes necrosis (tissue death) injecting this thing in your butt cheeks will result in pain and even the removal of skin/flesh/muscle when a surgeon goes in there to remove that stuff

PLEASE DON'T DO IT!
I had Restylane inyections to both my lips and nose and it looks amazing and extremely natural. It is far more expensive than metacril, but it is absorbed by the body and the risks of allergic reactions are very low. I got injected at 5pm and that same night i was killing at a birthday party.
I live in Chile, and over here, many people go to Peru and Argentina for cosmetic procedures. Well, i'm sad to tell you many Chilean women, looking for a little cheap beauty have died recently in Peru. We called botched surgeries "Tacna Surgery".
It is banned in my country and in the US, it is a very toxic thing, plus, it doesn't stay "normal" looking, it tends to create nodules that you can only get rid off with surgery. Expensive surgery that will leave bad scars.
Please look for a better option, i hope i'm not too late writing you this, plus, i don't know about the laws in Peru, but it is illegal for a nurse to inject any cosmetic product here in Chile. Only a doctor, and not any doctor, only a Dermatologist or a Plastic Surgeon can do it. This is because they know the exact anatomy of the muscles of the face and know exactly where to inject.
Please don't do it, and i wish you the best of lucks,
