Anyone else experience nausea?

I have bad nausea after eating most of the time. I'm pretty sure it's due to inflammation but do you have this problem too?

Yes, it can be common for some people to have nausea.  Typically when I experience nausea it is caused from high fat foods or pain medication.  You may want to consider starting a food dairy so you can determine if there is a pattern that may contribute to your nausea.

Also include any medication that you are taking regularly, including vitamins and possibly track your stress level.

Hope this helps.
