Could i have crohns? Doctors arent giving me much insight.

Hello I am new to this forum, my question is wether or not i may have crohns. I know I have to be diagnosed by a doctor, for clarity. But they are not helping very much. This is my story, It started on monday 7/25 around noon i started to get a mild upset stomach, it began to progress into an intense cramping and was then accompanied with a fever, body aches, and chills. So i went to the ER, the did an ultra sound ran some blood tests. And i got a CT scan with contrast. The doctor came in said that my intestine was inflammed diagnosed me with terminal ilietus told me to take some antibiotics and told me to see a GI because it could be crohns. I went to my general practitioner the next day, he told me that he didnt think it was crohns but rather a viral or bacterial infection. He still referred me to a GI though. Yesterday i woke up with the inside of my cheeks sore and swollen i went to the GI later that morning. He gave me the run down, that hes going to wait until my stool tests come back also the TB test. And according to that i am going to get a colonoscopy done. He also said that if i got better and remained better for the next 2 weeks that we werent going to continue with colonoscopy. I also talked to a pharmacist and told me the anibiotics i was taking (ciprofloxacin & metronidazole) can cause stomach cramps and diarreah. I also to the doctor about since my mouth was sore. So he told me i could stop taking it if i wanted. So i did. Now my stomach cramps/pains are gone i did have diarreah will i was taking the antibiotics. But its still a little loose. I have what seems to be a ulcer on my tong, and also a little bit of a sore throut. I read that both are symptoms of chrohns. I also want to mention that when i had stomach cramps they intensified at night and mild to almost none during the day. So now im very scared and depressed. I cant function, i need some sort of insight. And im just not getting it. Any replies are much appreciated.
Thank you
