Crohn's symptoms.?????

I have never had any issue with my stomach. But since last one year symptoms are increasing every single day.
1. If I dont eat I feel fine.
2. After eating I feel full and my upper middle part of stomach bloat,  feels tight.
3. After eating,I get nausea due to fullness.
4. Sometimes I have loose stools. Not actually diarrhea, it happens only once if ever it happens.
5. After eating I feel discomfort on upper abdomen. Feels like food is stuck there. It moves very slowly. At the same time I feel empty in stomach.
6. No pain. Very mild burn feeling on upper middle part of abdomen. But this too occur rarely.
7. I did not have any endoscopy. But yesterday had CBC,it showed increased neutrophils. So my doctor suspected infection in stomach and gave me an antibiotic and a ppi.i told my doctor that I am having these symptoms from 7 months but she brushed off and said as of now it looks like some small stomach infection. This problem has taken a toll on my life. I used love eating. But now I have dont feel to eat, I can stay complete day without eating.also due these I think I am having dry skin, hairfall. I am suspecting this may be my body is not able to absorb nutrients and I feel tired complete day.
I looked up on net for symptoms and it suggest crohn's. If anybody could help me understand this it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am worried my doctor is suspecting IBD.
I am thinking to refer a gastroenterologist. Please help I read that this doesn't have a cure. After taking antibiotics I did not feel any relief.
