Fenugreek - anyone having any good results from it?

I read a lot about it but not sure which brand, type, supplier is best.

I'm scheduled for colonoscopy in March but that could get pushed back due to Covid.

So, I'm looking for something to help control the flareups (runs) that seem to be getting more frequent.
I'm currently using Equate brand of Imodium as needed.
