Is there any change if I repeat my colonoscopy and biopsy?

With my colonoscopy and biopsy tests in about 15-16 months ago, involving with "ulcerative colitis" has been proved, but its two months that the symptoms visibility are less than ever before,
In the case of repeating colonoscopy also will be any change observable in the results in comparison with the previous (I need to prove my patients by giving new tests)?
