No one can figure this out

I'm 33 male with pain on right side under rib area. It has been five years that I have been dealing with this. I have had blood test done all ok with some higher then normal for Alt which is at 47 and lipase at 65 doctors said that's ok. Colonscope and stomach scope done they found a small nod in stomach which they took a sample. Had ultra sound done and was told that my spleen is 14.2cm and that I have a polply 3mm in gallbladder . my stool is flat for now 2 years they also did a ct scan and told me that I have lymp nods in my small intestines. All doctors tell me everything is ok but this pain is so bad now that I don't know what else to do. Any help or ideas would be helpful thanks.

I am a ICU nurse with some of the same problems as you.  After many scans, bloodwork, and liver biopsy------I have what is called NASH.  May be some of your problem too.  I have had pain under my right rib area for years. I had gallbladder removal years ago.  NASH is kinda new to the medical front.  Lots of people have it and don't even know it.  Hope this gives you some answers.  AND....always get a second and third opinion....

It took me two years to get a dianosis that my gall bladder needed to come out.....finally when a stone the size of a marble became stuck in the bile duct.....This is what they need to look at.
