Passing gas with blood and mucus

For reference, I am an 18 year old male. As of the last few weeks, I've been passing an excessive amount of gas. My bowel movements are regular, and contain no blood or mucus. However, if I go to wipe up in the bathroom after a large burst of gas, there is blood and mucus. Is this something I need to see a specialist about?

I had a similar issue for a while(I have crohns) but I was still having some blood in my bowels. I believe it has gotten better since I used a suppository to heal the lower part of my colon

Sounds like it is coming out of inside you. Yes, it is better to have it checked out. It could be a fissure but I'm not an expert.
