Does this mean my UC is worsening??

I have had ulcerative colitis for around 7 years with no real problems. I have always had bowel problems through out my life as I suffer from short bowel syndrome, which basically is when you have less than half of your small bowel. I have 1 and a half meters left, which again doesn't cause me problems apart from being anemic. I was diagnosed with UC because I was having rectal bleeding as little as twice a year. 7 years on and im on no medication but my rectal bleeding as worsened. On average, have around 4-5 times a month of bleeding from fresh blood but mostly dark blood and watery stools. Im unsure if i pass mucas as i cant digest fats so they come out in my stools. But recently ive noticed white foam lDoes this mean my UC is worsening?  I rarely have pain and when I do its bearable and passes as soon as ive had a bowel movement. All opinions will be gratefully appreciated :)

It sounds like a good time to see a doctor and find out what's going on with you.
