have you applied for disability? You need not to have worked for 6 months before applying.

I can give to you a few suggestions and an excellent website with all the information you need about digestive diseases. States have country hospitals and health departments that may give you medical help if needed. Many health departments usually will only issue money to poor women with ill children. Check the county section in your phone book for health services that you can call and inquire. If you are out-of-work, the same health department can give you free food stamps to help you in the meantime. I have been there, so bite your lip and inquire. Men like us are more proud to have to take help. It took me three appointments before I had the guts to give in and accept food stamps. Remember that food stamps are not a hand-out.

Go to this federal website for information on digestive disorders/diseases:  http://digestive. niddk.nih.gov. On the home page, click on the Digestion section and the next page list digestive diseases from A to Z.

Good luck.
