kicking feelings???

ive had crohns for over two years but for past 4 months had kicking like movements all the time in my stomach!!! taken 5 pregnancy tests all say im not hmmmmm what the hell is it???? jo

Could it be a spastic colon? I get that feeling sometimes too. That's what I think it is.
