ALP, AST, ALT elevated & Bloating, Mild Right lower Abdomen pain

Hello,
I am 30 years old and have had Ankylosing Spondylitis for over 8 years now. I was diagnosed in 2003 af having this disease along with Oestoporosis. I have been on Remicade for one year now. Since I started on Remicade, I have gain at least 20 pounds. I have stayed around 180 for about 8 months now. I recently have had some problems with my bowels, Abdominal pain, my bloodwork, and Arthritis Attack.
I have had a mild irratating pain in the right side of the abdomen. Before having this pain, I had some pain from left to right in the upper abdomen but did not last too long ( maybe 20 hours or so). The doctors did a CT Scan of my Pancreas and it came back normal. At the same time they conducted a liver function test and it indicated that my Alkaline Phosphatase was increase to 161. Two weeks later I received another blood test and it was ALP 182 , ALT 56, and Protein 8.1. Then one week later I received another test and it was ALP 186, AST 38, ALT 65 and the rest was normal. Bilirubin Direct was .08 and to be high it had to be .30, so that is good.
Now, at the midst of all of this, I have expereinced bloating, which I have experienced this for a while now and I am use to it. I also have a mild pain in the right side of the abdomen right above the waste. Sometimes I will have the same on the right side as well. I do have Arthritis and I am wandering if the Remicade could cause this or could inflammation of the Colon cause this? The ER doctor diagnosed me with Gastritis but what about the blood work being elevated? I have alos been on Vicodin between the second and third Blood test but I only took One tablet a day (10/325MG). Just yesterday, I use the rest room and my stool had a green tint to it. Today it looks normal. My doctor ordered another blood test of Lipase and Amylase. Has anyone ever gone through what I am experiencing?
i would appreciate some answers!
Have a great Thanksgiving!

Phil

I was dignosed forst with crohn`s disease then AS. They say people with crohns can tend to develop AS and vice versa. I get that kind of abdominal pain from my crohn`s as weel as abdominal distention. Go to a gastro and get a colonoscopy or upper gi with small bowel follow through. Could be crohn`s disease.

I am really not sure. They feel around on my stomach and they ask if I hurt anywhere but it is ussually around my belly button and not on the side when the press down. I feel th emild pain on both sides at times. It is hard for me to pass a considerable amount of stool. Sometimes I feel a pain in the upper right abdomen about where the top of the colon rises to. Let me know if anyone can give me any info.
I really do think that whatever is happening with me, it is definately affecting my intestines and mainly my colon area.
