Complications from Crohon's

I've had crohon's disease for quite a few years and I have a new issue croping up.. for the last year or so I've had soreness on the top of my head.  Like when I pull my hair back into  a pony tail too tight and my scalp is sore afterwards... only I don't wear ponytails any more... hair isn't long enough.  It doesn't bother me unless I move my hair, like lifting it up, then I can feel it.
I've also noticed that when I get a headache it hurts worse, to the point I can't even touch the top of my head.  I've asked my Dr. about this and was told it was because I was wearing a hat at work... ok,  I dont' wear the hat everyday now and haven't for about 8 months now.   So I went back and asked her about it again, she told be to massage in warm oil to by scalp to help moistureize it.  Not really helpful
I guess my question is... could this be connected to the crohon's?  If so, how?

Wow, how weird is that? I have Crohns, but also in 2005 i had breast cancer, along with temporary colostomy surgery at the same time. But since then the top my head hurts! Just like you ! I assumed it was from Chemo. Feels almost like a bruise.
