Is it Crohns?

Hi, for a few months now I have had tummy pains and upset where I have had to run to the toilet to literally empty my bowel. Went and had a colonoscopy with biopsy - nothing showed up> was told I had IBS. Can Crohns be misdiagnosed after 1 colonoscopy? My father has Crohns and apparantly it can be passed on. I also have severe fatigue, back pain, nausea and pains all over my pelvis. Feel really low with it. Then a few days later I can be ok. Does this sound like Crohns? Even though I've had a colonoscopy and it didn't show anything?

I'm having the same probs. Its called dumping. I have severe arthiritis now, rashes, eye infections, diarrhea to constipation daily, back pain, headaches, nausea, chronic fatigue, liver enlarged, kidney and lung issues too. Over all chronic pain!
OMG...it seems like my world is caving in on me sometimes. This is alot considering all my other health issues too.
I've read that protein from animals give the symptoms we have. Milk is from animals so it would do the same.
I am in the process of testings too. But, I just started B12 liquid and pills for fatigue. Its helping. I eat 4-5 small meals a day...no large ones...that helps too.
I've had my granddaughter go thru the same stomach/bowel issues since she was 6mos (9 yrs old now) and she has been having success with PROBIOTIC.
There's some suggestions. Hope it helps. Peace and Blessings

Thanks for your reply. Are you in the UK or the US? I didn't realise there was such a test - would like to know if there is one in the UK as that is where I am. Thanks again.
