I had 2 setons in then the rectal stump removed. They work well. You didn't say if it is due to a fistula or whatever. I haven't healed due to my medication (methotrexate) as I have also Crohn's Disease. The Mx is an immunosuppresent drug. Just my bad luck...

i have 6 setons in right now, but my holes won't heal even with medication...how are you coping?
