Why is it, that when they're being good, they're considered 'undocumented workers' and only trying to "make a living and supply their family with food and shelter", but when they do something wrong, they're considered 'Mexican Nationals'?

Make up your mind... do you want to be here or there? You can't have your cake AND eat it too.

Besides, this would be like me claiming I was British just because I was born there. I'm as american as the day is long, but on paper, I'm British. I wouldn't ever seek political asylum in the UK. This guy was TWO when he moved away. He's no more Mexican than I am British!
