It is all of that.... I personally don't know of a way to clean it up, though.
It's not surprising but it's still disgusting.
(Maybe it wasn't a couple of hundred thousand bucks, but he did serve time for stealing money from the credit union.)
Big bankers practicing questionable business ethics? Never would have guessed that, coming from the pillars of the national community. I suppose just like every other interest/special interest group, they have money to offer to the right candidate and will do everything to legitimize doing so....
We're at a small local bank too. I am just waiting for them to be exposed for something questionable.
Years ago while in the bar business, I had a guy who was the head of the local credit union telling me how to make money, and how/where to invest it. IN the mean time, he was a noted check bouncer throughout the community and could only deal in cash transactions everywhere he went. Later, he was caught embezzeling a couple hundred thousand bucks.....
