"Industry experts like Larry Levitt, of the Kaiser Family Foundation, say the insurance companies have no choice. "What we're seeing now is reality coming into play," he said.
Obamacare forces them to drop many of their plans that don't meet the law's 10 minimum standards, including maternity care, emergency visits, mental health treatment and even pediatric dental care."

I just keep hearing more and more stories about people losing their insurance. In those stories I am hearing about more and more people who do not qualify for subsidies, and if I lose my insurance me and my family is in that boat.... we do not qualify for subsidies.
If the democrats were smart, they would have waited to put this out there. They would have worked more of the kinks out and that would have given the country a lot less to belly ache about.
For the life of me, I do not understand why they would rush to put out a sub-par project rather than taking the time to put out something unquestionable. Now the questions are pertaining to failed promises. How far is this going to go?
WMD's moved to Syria
Mission was accomplished in ending a brutal dictator's reign of terror
US was welcomed as such, just the other people who lost power didn't see it that way
"Mission Accomplished"
"WMDs"
"there is no question but what they want to the get rid of Saddam Hussein and they will welcome as liberators the United States when we come to do that"
"Slam Dunk"
Do R's not even get ONE iota of credit for trying to stop the rollout in the 1st place?
Just wait for it dude. D's are going to try and blame the non-performance of the website on R's. It's coming... wait for it.
If this isn't an "I told you so" moment, I'm not sure what is.
Why is that when R's screw up, D's can scream "I told you so" at the top of their lungs, but when D's screw up, R's have to "work with them to fix it"?
Screw that noise.
I TOLD YOU SO.
I TOLD YOU SO.
I TOLD YOU SO.
I TOLD YOU SO.
They tried to solve the problem...getting rid of it.
Well, if you are talking about the recent times of Republicans trying to do anything, yes. it's too late for that. Better-------- that both parties come together and clean the thing up. Maybe it's not the great thing Dems thought it would be. They need to admit as such and allow changes to it and Repubs need to quit fighting it and help problem solve.
And the Republicans were so bad for trying to defund this?
The ACA...
Bankrupt the nation for the sake of giving 20million people insurance.
(but lets not talk about how many people will LOSE their current insurance. Shhhhhhhhhh... nothing to see here. Look away)
Never been a fan of ACA, never will. Even if it was GWB's stupid, hair-brained idea, I'd STILL be against it. Has nothing to do with the fact that the current idiot thought it up and made it his mission to force down our throats.
It's a BAD idea, and ill conceived. And even more poorly executed & implemented, so it would seem.
Stupid idea from a stupid administration.
Arrogant idiot.
He'll claim stupidity in all of this, and pretend he wasn't made aware of the shortcomings of the system, and that he didn't know people would lose their current insurance programs.
To be written on B.O.'s headstone: "I didn't know"
Ugh, hard to read. Over a million people got exactly what they were told they wouldn't get. I've NEVER liked the ACA and have always had doubts. So far, it is quite unimpressive. But I'm willing to give it some time. I guess. What choice do we have. I try to remain optimistic and do really hope for everyone's sake that my deep down negative feelings are proven completely wrong. Trying to put my happy face on about it but articles like this make that a little more difficult. But here: =o)
Happy face back on as I hope for the best as we muddle through this.
