I got my period on jan 1 2013 it ended the 7th where i had sex with one of my partners that night ( i know sounds gross) but than i also had sex again the 12th &13th with my other partner during my fertile days which guy is most likely too be the father?

Based on your due date, here is what the calculator gives.  Having had an early ultrasound, you're in pretty good shape for it to be accurate.

First day of last menstrual period:  January 1
Probable date of ovulation:  January 15
Possible dates of conception:  January 11 to 19
Due date:  October 8 (40 weeks)

If you were just going by the calendar, both guys would have a chance to be dad.  But the ultrasound saw the actual embryo and measured it, making the January 15 conception date pretty likely to be on the dot or only a day or so off.  That leads to the conclusion that the dad was not Mr. January 7, but was instead Mr. January 13.

I just talked too my dr she told me on feb 21st i was 7 weeks exactly when i got my ultra sound so is it possible i got pregnant the 13th

You had an ultrasound on February 8, and on that day they told you your gestational age (GA) was 5 weeks, 0 days?  Did they give you an estimated due date at that time?

I was 5 weeks feb 8 th when i got my first ultra sound do i take 2 weeks off cause if my period

Yes oct 8 th saying my conception date was jan 15th

Have you had an ultrasound?  If so, what due date did they give you?  Especially if the ultrasound was relatively early in your pregnancy, you can plug the due date into a calculator for an approximate conception date.
