Am I the father? Details inside

Hello I'm trying to determine the likelihood that I could be the father. The girl I slept with went to the doctor on Dec 1 and was told her estimated conception (because she asked out of concern) was Nov 13 and was an abdominal scan not a trans-vaginal. She was 6 weeks or so at the time of the appointment and not completely sure when her period ended. I slept with her on Nov 4 (withdrew) and the other guy 2 days later and finished inside her.

How accurate is abdominal us at 6 weeks for conception date?

I don't think the "She was 6 weeks or so at the time of the appointment" actually lines up with the "her estimated conception was Nov 13." Can you get better details than that?

For example, what did the doctor tell her is her due date? And, were you sleeping with her regularly or did you have sex only once? And, was the other guy sleeping with her regularly or did he and she have sex only once? If we're trying to split the difference between two times that are only 2 days apart and there was no other sexual activity except those two times, that will be pretty hard to do.

Apologies, the appt was Dec 5 - I know for certain they estimated conception at Nov 13th with an abdominal U/S. Not 100% of anything beyond those dates.

Do you know whether we are trying to parse out the difference between two sexual encounters only, or whether there are other dates when she would have been with someone with whom she regularly had sex? (If, for example, the only two sexual events she had all fall and winter were on November 4 and November 6, then frankly November 13 is probably inaccurate as a conception date, whether a doctor told it to her or not. Sperm does not live that long in the woman's reproductive tract.) If you were a one-time thing and the second guy is her regular partner and she might have continued to have sex with him after November 6, and if you believe what the doctor estimated, then it sounds like he has the better chance to be the dad, because they might have had sex closer to November 13. What estimated due date did the doctor give her when she got her sixth-week ultrasound?
