It does sound like you conceived around December 19, unless the doctor did not give you that date from an ultrasound. If it was simply counting from your period, have you had any ultrasounds that confirm you are on track with that date?
When did you have sex with your boyfriend, only November 18 and 19? That would be way too early to produce the pregnancy. Or when you say November 18 and 19, you didn't mistake the month, right?
If you had sex on December 16 and 17 with someone else, and no sex with your boyfriend around that time, the December 16 and 17 guy is most likely to be the dad. It may be that you used condoms but they are only considered to be 80% effective. They are supposed to be put on almost before the guy becomes erect and not removed until well after the event, and no touching of genitals after. Sperm could certainly live in your system for three days or more if some escaped the barrier of the condom.
Okay can u answer my question don't mean to butt and yall conversation but I'm and the mix of the same I had sex with two guys one which is my bf nov 18 and 19 2014 I came on at the beginning which was nov 5 to the 11 than and dec I came on the 5 to the 8 I stayed on only for four days which not normal at all for me guy number two had sex on the 16 and 17 my ob said my conception was dec 19 how is that so when I used a condoms with that guy it said dec 6 when I was on my pms I was one day on the 19 I was two weeks my due date September 11 I counted backwards 266 days my conception day suppose to been on the 20 of dec if I recall who is my baby daddy u think
Hi, Janjan,
You do know that pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last period, right? Doctors count from the first day of your last period, or from the presumed first day of your last period if they have an ultrasound in hand that places the baby at a certain date. When a woman tells her neighbor, "I'm 11 weeks pregnant!" she is likely also using that counting system, because she gets that count from her doctor. All the books use it, like "What to Expect When You're Expecting." So, when you tell people how far along you are, use that same medical way of counting. Today, September 29, based on having an ultrasound on August 21 that said you were 10w5d, you are 16 weeks 2 days pregnant. By the last ultrasound's measurements, you conceived around June 21, give or take a week. But the main point is, you didn't get pregnant in May whether or not you had a period. You didn't even get pregnant in early June.
I slept with the second guy from 06/06/2013 through out the whole month of June . How many weeks conception wise am I
Nope I slept with the second guy only from June 6th . I just am a little afraid cause this last time I just saw the nurse she gave me a wheel and it's basically range from the end of February to the middle of march I can have the baby but it's just funny cause that puts me still at conception early June .. Could I have got pregnant at all in May lets just say even if I hadn't had a period?!!
An estimated due date of March 12, if it was gotten from an early ultrasound, gives the following.
Probable date of ovulation: June 19
Possible dates of conception: June 15 to 23
This is why I asked if you slept with someone after June 6, because above, you only gave the choice of a guy may 24, and a guy June 6.
What does "I only slept with the second guy all of June from 06/13" mean? Is that someone else other than the June 6 guy?
I had my ultra sound on 08/21/13 for ten weeks and five days and I only slept with the second guy all of June from 06/13 they gave me a due date then of 03/12
Also, did you have sex later in June with anyone? I'm not getting very early dates from what you are saying, not even June 6, unless the guy on June 6 had very long-lived sperm.
Did the doctor or ultrasonographer give you an estimated due date on 8/21/13?
The last ultra sound I had was08/21/13 and they said I was10 weeks and five days
Janjan, did you ever get another ultrasound?
K ladies, so I might be 15 to 16 weeks I'm told I'm due march 12th what freaking conceive date does this put me?? And people ask how far along I am actually what do I tell them
Not too mention when i put in the date for conception of may 25th and see what my due date is,... it brings up february 14 2014
well i believe i did go in between four to six weeks, and he did do it based off the first day of my lmp but he also did measure the embryo. it really isn't going to help is it until i have that ultra sound ugh this is terrifying :(
It all depends on how accurate the estimate of March 4 - 17 was.
Do you know why they gave you such a wide range of dates for your estimated due date? Was your ultrasound quite early? (An ultrasound in the fourth week, for example, is hard to read, so a medical person reading it would hedge their bet by giving a range.)
Do you think they gave you that range just based on the first day of your last period, versus on the ultrasound information? It matters in answering your question, because first-day-of-last-period kind of measurements only work for women who are as regular as clockwork, with the classic 28-day cycle. For a woman whose cycle is not average length or regular, an estimate based on it will not be helpful.
If you think the doc actually did the get the edd of March 4-17 from what was seen on the ultrasound and not from when your last period started, you could plug the 4th it into a conception calculator and the 17th into a conception calculator, and see where that puts the first guy (if it does). Both March dates take you into June, from the 7th to the 28th. So that would be guardedly good news for your wish that the second guy is the dad.
But as I said, you can't know how the doctor got his or her estimate of your due date (giving a range is rather unusual) and if it was simply counting on a calendar rather than measuring the embryo, it is not necessarily a definitive. You need that next ultrasound. :)
So are you saying that if my edd shows between march 4th and 17th then if the conception date comes up around the tenth or twelve of June then it's likely the second guy
Well, 7 out of 8 is not 8 out of 8. There is a one in eight chance of the morning-after pill not working. Do you have a reliable due date from an ultrasound, or is that what you are waiting for next Wednesday? If you get one (an EDD, estimated due date) from the doctor or ultrasonographer who sees and measures the embryo, you should be able to plug it into a conception calculator and see which guy has the strongest chance. You can't really entirely rule out guy #1 until you know how far along your embryo is, and that is better done by ultrasound than simply by knowing when your last period came, especially if the only reason it came is because you took Plan B.
okay yes sorry im talking about the first guy. the first guy i did take it. in fact with in like less then twelve hours i took it. so is it the second guys baby??
Do you mean regarding the first guy or the second? The morning-after pill (I guess you are calling it the day-after pill) gives a 7 out of 8 chance of preventing implantation of a fertilized embryo if you take it within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. It would therefore have no effect on the second sex you are talking about but would have a 7 out of 8 chance for working on the first.
How likely and possible is it to be pregnant after you have taken the day after pill.
Okay thank u ya that's what I saw on baby2see also it's just hard to know 100% until I have the ultra sound eeek
Yeah when i put it in on this app it says conception date was june 12th. When i used baby2see.com it says possible dates are between the 8th and the 16th with your most fertile day being the 12th. So as long as you actually got your period, you should be ok.
When I have put the first day of my lmp it comes up with the conception dates to be 7th -15 of June, and my most fertile days are 9th or 10th of June to like the 15 th or Something
Thank you Taylor lee, I'm hoping it is the second guy
