Confused please help

I am not proud of what I did but I had unprotected sex with a guy friend around  5-6pm on March 7, 2014. However the followin day March 8 i took morning after pills around 3.30pm.

In the following week between the 10th - 15th March i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend i dont remember which exact day it was though. I went on my periods on March 16, finished on March 20 or March 21. My periods were normal had them 28days after my last day Feb period.
Then my boyfriend and I tried for a baby at some point I think from the 21st to 30th of March dont remember if we did it btwn March 16-20/21 but I doubt we did.

April 10 i did a home preg test which came out +ve
Then April 30  i went to da Dr he did an ultrasound which accordin to da Dr's embryo measurement he said im 7wks 5days preg i intially thought i was between 5-6wks preg. He gave me a due date of 12/12/2014. Lately i have been calculating and doing research trying to figure out when I fell pregnant exactly, some people say ultrasounds are not so accurate and are usually 5-7days off or two weeks off i really dont know.

So i did a due date calculation using the ultrasound due date and using my first day of my LMP which says I'm 8wks 3 days (to date-May 4) and the other says 8wks 2 days (to date-May 4)
One calculation went on to show that sex to getting pregnant dates could hav been between 16-21March and the other calculation says between 17-23March
But when i use the calender to calcultae the days backwards it shows the week of March 10. Now i am stressin as im confused don't know if that pill worked or not and if its my friends or my boyfriends baby. Is there a way I can know which possible dates could have led to the pregnancy?  As I am doubting it wAs before my menstrual period.

Are you aware that when a doctor gives you the GA of the pregnancy (the number like 7 weeks 5 days) he is starting the count on assumed the first day of your last period, not telling you how many weeks old the embryo is?  On the day the doc said you were 7 weeks 5 days along in pregnancy, your embryo would have been 5 weeks 5 days along.  They count from the first day of bleeding the last time you had a period (or the assumed first day) because that is a big, obvious signal, not because they think you got pregnant that day.  You got pregnant around March 21, not March 7.
