Could I maybe the father

Hi

I had sex with a girl on the 26 July 2015 and she claims to be pregnant, her due date is between the 20 - 28 March 2016.

She told me that she had unprotected sex two weeks before we did and now she is saying she made up that storie and I am the father.
Can I be the father?

Please help

Well the only way to really know is to get a test but I can tell you I conceived the last week of June 2015 and I am due March 18th 2016. Sounds like she conceived the last week of June or first week of July. Like I said, the only way to be sure is to have a test because after all, a due date is just an estimate. Good luck!

You could use a conception calculator.

I got pregnant the week after the date you're saying you slept with her on Aug 2 and my edd is Apr 24. So I'm gonna say no you're probably not the father.

A sinple way to do the math is count 3 months after her die date and thats the month you got pregnant. Im due sep 29th so count oct nov dec i got pregnant the end of december maybe beginning jan. So she is due march so count april may june. If you didnt have sex until the end of july it probably isnt yours so i wouldnt get too attached. But to be 100% always get a test if a girl says your the dad and you arent 100% about it. But id guess no.

It's unlikely you're the dad.  She would have conceived (depending on how reliable the source is who gave her the due date) in late June or the first week of July.  If she is basing all  of this on a really late ultrasound, there is a possibility for a margin for error, but I don't think it stretches so far as to include the date of the sex with you.  Always, as erica says above, ask for a DNA test if this kind of claim comes your way.  Be cheerful about it, it is the price of modern life.  You get sexual availability your grandpa could only dream of, the price is that every now and then you have to take a DNA test.

Hi, NeedHeldReallyBad, be sure that if the day comes when she has the baby and claims you are the father, you talk to the family courts in your area of jurisdiction and find out what lab to use that is certified for this kind of testing.  Don't do a drugstore test, it does not close things out legally.  You need to go to a lab that the courts certify for doing paternity testing.  (Drugstore tests don't mean anything to a judge, they are too easily faked.)  You need to be cleared of this charge, not have it hang over your head.  If she is lying, though, it is rather likely that things won't get this far.

Good luck, always wear a condom, and try not to be taken in by someone who changes her story.
