Is this pregnancy possible? Am I the father?

Unprotected sex with girlfriend. I never came inside of her ( I know, doesn't guarantee anything). She starts having strong pains, we stop. Next morning to ER, going to surgery. One of her ovary was bleeding, they had to stitch it up and remove the blood.

All good, first month passes, period is not coming, we figure out it's because of the surgery. Second month passes, still no period, now things are not looking good. Take two pregnancy test, both positive.

She had tender breasts, swollen, food cravings, intense smelling, all the symptoms.

We don't know in how many weeks she is. Going to doctor tomorrow.

The question========
Before and after surgery she had pregnancy tests, ultrasounds performed. Don't think she was blood tested on that hormone. How's it possible for a pregnancy to survive after such an intervention? After the surgery we didn't had sex at all. At this point I'm very sceptic.

Well wait to go to the doctor and ask questions no one here is going to know for sure.
