Questioning who the father of my baby is

The first day of my last period was December 28, 2016 and lasted til the 31st with some spotting on the 1st. I had a one night stand on the 1st and 3rd of January, 2017. We had unprotected sex and he claims to not even *** while we had sex. Which I believe cause he wanted to keep going while I told him to stop. I was separated from my boyfriend the whole month of December til January 8th, 2017. The day we got back together he came inside me every day from then on. I believe the father of my baby is my boyfriend (now my husband). He knows I had sex with someone else and is always doubting that he is the father. My due date is October 1st. If I count 38 weeks back it lands on the 8th exactly. I really wanna believe he is the father. But I know sperm can live inside you up to 5 days. So that basically means the one night stand could still be a possibility. I guess I just need some reassurance or some input as far as what everyone thinks who the father is. Thank you.

That makes the January 8 date more reliable, since it indicates the baby is growing at the average rate, not faster or slower than average. Is the baby a boy?
Yes it is a boy.
You might want to look up the Shettles method, a boy would be suggestive (under this method) of the child not being from Mr. August 3 but being from Mr. August 8, if all the other data is correct.
Well if that's gives me a lot more reassurance. thank you so much for telling me about that method.
I should add, the Shettles method is not proven. But it's interesting.
Also, I assume you will be getting a DNA test once the baby is born? Be sure to go to a lab recommended by the clerk of the family courts in your area of jurisdiction, not just to use a drugstore test.
Yes. Don't the hospitals offer D.N.A. testing to be done ? I know with my firstborn they asked me if I would like a paternity test but it wasn't necessary. So I was just going to get the one they offer. I'm going to the same hospital I had my son at.
Check in advance with the hospital. Anything that would hold up in court will be reliable, if a test offered at the hospital would be good enough to determine paternity, you can trust it to be accurate.

It sounds like your husband is the father, if your due date is reliable. Was it given to you by an ultrasound? If so, how early in the pregnancy did you have the ultrasound?

Yes. & I was already 15 weeks when I was given my first ultrasound.
And has the due date been changed by subsequent ultrasounds?
No it has stayed the same.
