Hi, what do you mean when you say " If ever as it state my ovulation falls on 26th of Dec" above?

OK, it sounds like you're saying the following (please check this list for accuracy):

First day of last menstrual period: December 10
Sex with ex:.
     December 16 (unprotected)
     December 19, 21, 23 (protected)
     December 29, 30 (unprotected)
Sex with boyfriend:
     January 4 (unprotected)
Ultrasounds:
January 29, giving 7weeks 1 day GA and
          September 16 estimated due date
   19th week, giving same EDD

If the early ultrasound (on January 29) gave a September 16 due date, it's hard to argue that anyone else but the person you had sex with in December could be the father, and it sounds like you had sex with only one guy in December (at least, after December 10). Your cycles recently lengthening don't make enough of a difference to move conception to January 4.

You mention your boyfriend and your ex. Is the "ex" from before 15 years ago?

Yes, the ex is from 15yrs ago
Hmm. Well, if you are certain your first ultrasound was on January 29, and if it gave you a September 16 due date then, and you had no sex with your boyfriend in December, I don't think your boyfriend could be the father. If your first child is with that boyfriend, I suppose this will complicate things a lot?
We use condoms during protected days. If ever as it state my ovulation falls on 26th of Dec.
have not my visit to my ob yet as of today. But wondering I get sick on Jan 11 and have blood spot on 14th. Is it considered as late ovulation or implantation?
I'm still a little confused; it sounds like you are saying, you had a period begin December 10, and from then until January 3, you did not sleep with your boyfriend, only your ex.

Based on the specifics in your ultrasounds, you got pregnant by the person you slept with in December. The calculator I use suggests you conceived around December 24 (I think it is based on a 28-day menstrual month). I guess you are saying you think conception was on December 26, which would make more sense for a 30-day menstrual month.

The fact that some of the sex with your ex in December was protected doesn't mean someone else might be the dad, unless you were also sleeping with someone else during that same time period. (Though it's not going to be guaranteed even in that case, if your protection method was condoms. They aren't always 100% successful.) You are pregnant, and your data suggests the baby began in December. Your ultrasound dates seem to pretty clearly show that you didn't conceive as late as January.

Your cycles recently being 30 or 33 days doesn't shift the date of ovulation by enough days to reach into January. (You asked if you would have conceived on January 14, for example. No, not according to what the ultrasounds show.)

With a 30-33 day cycle, possibly ovulation would have come at day 17, 18 or 19 of your menstrual month (starting the count from the first day of your last period), but while that moves you to the days when you and your ex had sex unprotected again, it doesn't move you to January 3. Also,  as I noted above, condom failure can happen. (If that was how you two did the protection.)

In any case, your ovulation would have to be unusually late compared to all your last many months, to have happened as late as January 3 (let alone January 14), and it just doesn't sound like your ultrasound results are supporting this possibility.

You said before that you and your boyfriend had been trying for another child for 15 years without success. Is your first child from your boyfriend or is it from your ex? (I only ask in case it throws light on the ability of your boyfriend to produce children.)

Anyway, I'm not pleased to be the bearer of news you don't want, especially if this puts you into a difficult position, and of course you can always hope against hope that the baby is from your boyfriend and do a DNA test when the child arrives to double-check. I just can't suggest it's very likely.

With whom was the sex after the 16th with your ex and before the 4th with your boyfriend? You mention the dates of the 19-23 protected and the 29030 unprotected, but don't say if those were with your ex or your boyfriend.

Also, did you have any earlier scans than your 19th week?
