Who is likely the father to be the father?
I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend Nov 29th, 30th as well as the morning of Dec 1st; he always finishes inside of me. We got into a huge argument and I ended up sleeping with my ex Dec 2 at about 2 in the morning which was unprotected and he also finished inside of me. I then had sex with my boyfriend again on Dec 3rd. Yes I am ashamed of myself. However, my Dr says my LMP (according to the gestational ultrasound measurement) was Nov 16. My conception date is between Nov 30th-Dec 4th. Which guy am I most likely pregnant by? Please help as best you can.

Unfortunately, you can't just go by the dates. How early in your pregnancy was your ultrasound? Did the doctor give you an estimated due date from that ultrasound?

When I said "by the dates," I meant, by a count like x weeks x days. If the ultrasound was early enough in your pregnancy , you might be able to do some figuring if you have an estimated due date (a calendar date, like May 30, not a number of weeks). But that method is only useful if the doctor looked at the embryo on the ultrasound and then gave you a due date based only on the measurements of the embryo. Him looking at the embryo on the ultrasound and giving you a number of weeks since your last period is not the best way to do it.
My ultrasound was at 9 weeks. Yes the Dr gave me a due date.

Well, your boyfriend has the edge, but only by 2 days, and a ninth-week ultrasound, if used to try to determine when you got pregnant, has a margin for error of more than 2 days. Not much more, though.

I should add, your boyfriend has the edge but only by two days *if* the estimated due date the doctor gave you from the measurements on the ultrasound was August 23. If the doctor said a different due date, I would be interested to hear it.
