Who is the father of my baby?

My lmp date: nov. 12-15, 2019
Sex with guy#1: nov. 15 and 16 unprotected 4 times. And nov. 28 2019. Immediately pulled out
Sex with guy#2: nov. 16 and nov 25 pulled out.
I got my pregnancy test 3rd week of dec. I cant remember the exact date resulting positive.
I done my first pre natal check when i was 28 weeks pregnant and my doctor said my due date is august 18 2020. But in my result of ultrasound the gestational age is 29 weeks 0 day old and my due date is august 14 2020.
I already accept that the father of my child is guy#1 bec. We had unprotected sex. And i had conversation to guy#2 that he is sure that he released it outside. But recently i had doubt that maybe guy#2 will be the father bec i check the estimated date of conception is nov.20-24 if my due date is august 14 and nov 24-28 if my due date is august 18. I had read also sperm can live to a woman body 3-5 days.
Can someone help me to know who is the father ? Because is stressing me out so badly .

Well, sweetheart, you are going to have to make plans to do a DNA test when the baby is born.

If your due date had been based on a very early ultrasound, such as your 6th or 7th week, it might possibly have been helpful to try to split the difference between the guys. Unfortunately, at 28 weeks gestation, the margin for error is too big for an ultrasound to tell you when conception might have been.

Also, even with the second guy pulling out, it is possible to have exposure to sperm from the sexual event. (This can happen from sperm being in the guy's urethra already, and then coming out into the woman's body on his pre-ejaculatory fluid.) "Pulling out" is not really a method of birth control, it's more of just a justification the guy uses to not have to wear a condom.

Since the dates of sex with the two guys are so close together, there really isn't even a way to guess or to say one had better odds than the other. All you can do is get a DNA test with both possible dads when the baby comes. If they are balky, a judge can order it.

I'm sorry there isn't a clearer answer at this point. Not long now to wait to find out, though.

At first i thought it would be the guy#1  is the father. Bec. My edd based on ultrasound result is august 14 2020. When i check it to conception calculator fertile day is from nov 17 to nov 23 and my ovulation date is nov 22. I doubt it bec .that was 2 days after my period. Can be someone fertile day was to early? I try a pregnancy test dec 23 the result is faded line a week after i tried again dec.28 it has same result and when i check again jan 2 its clear positive result.

If you got a "faded line" (what does that mean, a faint line?) that could indicate a positive test. That's all you really have to go on, conception calculators aren't exact (women can ovulate at unexpected times and conception calculators don't account for that) and like I already pointed out, you can't use a 28th-week ultrasound to tell when you conceived. The further along you get in pregnancy, the less accurate an ultrasound will be for that. (By the time you are at full term, trying to tell when you conceived by the baby's measurements on an ultrasound can be off by as much as 3 weeks.) I'm afraid you really are stuck needing a DNA test, and you should get one with both guys, to be sure that if you get a negative on the first guy you will have a firm positive on the second guy, or vice versa.

I want to do a DNA test but that was to costly for me. When my baby came out can i use the date when she was born to know the conceived date and that would be helpful to verify whose the father ?

Orion, when you say "That was too costly for me," you're saying it in the past tense, like this decision has already gone by or the opportunity to do it is over. Are you thinking of the kind of DNA test done before the baby comes? Because, DNA tests done after the baby comes are ten times cheaper than pre-natal tests. So don't write off the possibility of doing a DNA test as the way to find out. Rocky says that they are offered free at hospitals -- this might only be in the United States. If you are not in the U.S., can you find out if that is true where you are?

In answer to your question of whether you can identify the date of conception by when the baby is born, no, you can't. Labor can come on for different reasons. Babies can be premature or late and that does not affect when they began. Besides, the dates of the sex are too close together to use a baby's birth date to make this determination. -- If you had sex one or two months apart, the date of the baby's birth might identify which event produced the baby (if the baby was obviously full term). But you had sex in the same two weeks, and on the 16th apparently on the same night. If you happened to have sperm from both men in your body on the 16th (even though the second man pulled out, he could have left sperm in there from the pre-ejaculatory fluid), you could have ovulated on the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th or 20th and gotten pregnant from either man.

Yes. Im in different country and i already check if we have free DNA test sad to say we dont have free test here.
