Who would the father be?

I have an EDD of the 28th of July. I had an early ultrasound done on the 16/12/2017 stating I was 7weeks 6 days which matched up with my 12 weeks and 2o week US scan. I am confused as I thought this was from the first day of my LMP but they told me that is from ovulation meaning I would have conceived on the 22nd of October which was a day before my period started so surely this does not match up. I had sex with someone at the very beginning of October once when I and my partner were broke up then had my period on the 23rd and a negative pregnancy test on the 27th of October. I then thought I was ovulating around the first week of November as this is around 14 days after LMP and then got a positive clear blue 2-3 week result on the 23rd of November!

Please help...so stressed and very confused!

You said "they told me that is from ovulation."

I think when "they" told you whatever it was that made you think all counts are from ovulation, there was a misunderstanding either on your part of what they said or on their part of what you asked.

Hi, it was my midwife and a nurse that told me when I asked what the 7wk 6 days were dating back from I was told ovulation. That is what the measurements date back from.

Even so. There was clearly a misunderstanding, miscommunication, or errror, because they are also the ones who told you your due date and your ultrasound readings, all of which are consistent with when your last period came.

You would have had your baby by now if you got pregnant in early October. I don't see you saying anyone has told you that you are now in your 41st or 42nd week.
