Whos is the father?

On 1/21/2018 I had my period. That lasted 4 days. On 1/26/2018 had sex with guy #1. He pulled out before he finish. On Feb 3 and 4 I had sex with guy #2 but he did ejaculated. My ovulation day was on day started the feb2 because I saw the vaginal discharge changes plus I used an ovulation kit that day that was positive. Can someone tell me who's the father of my 10k 6d pregnancy.

Regarding counting back from the biometry measurements, nobody ever said you had fabulous wide margins of safety.

It seems more likely to be the second guy than the first because various pieces of information suggest ovulation at or after the 2nd. This is why I asked if you had been testing before the 2nd, if you had no LH surge before the 2nd and then saw it surge on the 2nd, that is a helpful indicator. But if you had not been testing at all until the 2nd you would not know when your surge began. (I would not refine too much on when the mucus discharge was, sometimes that is variable.)

The other problem you have is that your first ultrasound was pretty late for this kind of use. That is why I asked, when you said your "last" ultrasound was in your 9th week, when your first one was, hoping it was earlier. After a while the ultrasound can be off by a few days and is not that helpful. Basically, your ovulation test strips are your most helpful piece of information.

That said, these are razor-thin margins of safety and it would not take much to indicate the first guy. Obviously you would have been a lot better off not having unprotected sex with two guys in one cycle, if you were serious about not putting yourself into a difficult situation. Or at least, you could have had the events more widely spaced within the cycle. But what is done is done, and now you have to do what you can to figure things out.

Your info suggests the second guy is the dad, but you will need a DNA test to know for sure. Even if you think you know, testing is the only fair thing to do for both guys and the baby as well. You can get a prenatal test done for lots of money (use Ravgen or the DDC), or you can get a test done after the baby comes for about a tenth as much. You will need a post-natal test if filing for child support. In any case, whether you test before or after the baby is born, test with both men. Then one man's "yes" will prove the other man's "no." And don't waste any money on a drugstore test. Ask the family court in your area of jurisdiction where to go to do a test.

I did use the kits from January 29 up to Feb 2. The one on the second gave me the positive reading.
If I recall how ovulation tests work, the increased reading indicates your lutenizing hormone surging. Its surge triggers the egg popping out of the ovary. (I think they say something like "within 24 hours of the surge," but don't hesitate to go on the FAQs from the test you used and check this.) If you surged on the 2nd, I think this means you either ovulated later that day or on the next day. (Again, check this.) This ties together with the hints you got from your body. And the ultrasound does not refute it, since it's a ninth-week ultrasound and not a sixth- or seventh-week ultrasound, which would be more pinpoint. Ultrasounds get less and less precise for this purpose as time goes on. (By your twelfth week, if you use an ultrasound to try to determine when conception was, doctors will say there is a margin for error of +/- 7 days.)
Annie I appreciate you taking your time to help me clarify a bit my situation and I thank you so much for everything.... And to tell u a little bit of how things when down I  didn't mean to be with the two guys during the same cycle. I had always been extra carefull all my life. Guy one is not a random person. Is someone that I had a serious relationship many years ago and at the end we became friends because it was the best for both of us at that time. And guy two is the person that I have a 12 year relationship off and on. And during a brake up and conciliation time. All of this happen.

Was February 2 the first day you used the ovulation test strips?

Also, you said your "last" ultrasound was in your ninth week. When was your first ultrasound? Did you have one earlier than your ninth week?
No that was my first sono tbey did it vaginal and in the lower belly. And the kits I was using them from a couple of days before. The fifth was the one that gave me the two lines. And it was the same day I notice the vaginal discharge.
Again, then, everything sounds more likely to be the second guy than the first,  since the ovulation testing indicates ovulation at or after the 2nd.
I will keep u posted when i go to the doctor next week and when I get another sono the following.
AnnieBrooke. I did the count that u told me to do. I counted back 266 from the  biometry measurements and it got me feb1. Will a day make a difference
Then i read that after the mucus discharge ovulation takes place 12 to 36 hour after putting me at Feb 3. When I count forward 266 it puts me at the ge of the lmp.

More likely to be the second guy than the first,  since the ovulation testing that you did indicates ovulation at or after the 2nd. Have you had an ultrasound? If not, get one now, and ask your doctor for your estimated due date and ask him or her to use only the measurements and growth markers of the baby to make the count, not the first day of your last period. (To be sure of this, you could tell your doctor that you don't remember when your last period began or that it's irregular.)

Get the estimated due date (in other words, a calendar date), not just a number of "weeks pregnant," and then take it home and count back 266 days manually on a calendar (or use an onine calculator for determining conception). That will give you an estimated conception date. If it is earlier than the 2nd, you would have a problem ruling out the first guy, but it sounds like it will be after the 2nd.

Be sure to get the ultrasound soon or the data will not be useful, because as pregnancy goes by, ultrasounds get a margin for error if used for this purpose. Now is when to get the scan.

The last ultrasound i had was in the 30th of March I was 9w 5d And they kept the due date of 10/28/18. But the biometry  measurements it said that  10 w 1 d. They told me that some babies can be a bit larger than others and given that is not even a week difference they kept the due date according my lmp that was jan 21 2018.
Annie plus I noticed that when I started to ovulate was after the cervical mucus that I had discharged on the 2nd of Feb. And 5 days before that I didn't have no intercourse with any of them just guy #2 the 2 or 3  after I took the ovulation test.
