The due date is 3.13.14 btw . But i had dealings with a different guy on the 22nd is it possible for him to be the father instead? Nearly 90% of websites say i ovulated on the 20th though!

How early did you get the ultrasound that gave you the due date of March 13? If it was reliably early in the pregnancy, then the short answer is maybe.
For a due date of March 13, the range of possible for conception is June 16 to June 24.
Unless you have other information that will shed more definite light on it, the only way to know for sure will be a DNA test.
