trying to figure out my conception date need help

Hi yes the nurse told me im 7 weeks and 1day im trying to see what day I concieved my baby can anyone help me out please.

Well, if you can, this would be a good week to get an ultrasound.  You will have conceived somewhere "about" 5 weeks 1 day ago if someone using the little wheel says you're 7 weeks 1 day gestational age, but it is not as exact a way to tell.

It was using that wheel. So that's why im trying to figure it out

About 5 weeks 1 day ago.  You got the 7 weeks 1 day figure by an ultrasound?  Or was it counting back to the first day of your last period by a calendar or a wheel?  If the 7w1d was from an ultrasound, count back 5 weeks 1 day from the day of the ultrasound and that is your best estimate of the conception date.
