I had sex on the 17th of Feb with guy #1 and he ejaculated in me and also also on the 18th of Feb with guy #2, he also ejaculated in me and me and guy #2 continued to have sex now I'm pregnant my conception date was was on the 23 of Feb and i started my period Feb 21st. Who is the father please help

Did you get the February 23 figure by calculating back when a doctor told you that you were a certain number of "weeks pregnant?" If so, did the doctor use a little cardboard wheel or calendar, or was this from an ultrasound you had?
What it sounds like you are saying is that someone told you that you were x weeks pregnant, and when you took that home and looked on a calendar, it counted back to February 23. If this is what happened, you should understand that any time a medical person tells you that you are "x weeks pregnant," which is called a GA or gestational age, he or she is counting the medical way which in fact counts from the first day of your last period. (Or, the assumed first day of your last period, as can be done if the number of weeks came from an ultrasound.)
To figure out when you conceived if the first day of the last period has been determined by an ultrasound to be February 23, you would move two weeks forward in time to when you would probably have ovulated, which would be March 8.
If this is what happened, you can be sure you did not get pregnant by the first guy. You had a period after him and continued to have sex with the second guy after the period, and presumably were not having sex with anyone else but him around March 8.
