Question about small swollen wound while on Xarelto

I'm on Xarelto for DVT. The other day I bought new sandals and the leather strap chafed against my ankle. It's a small wound looks like it got infected and now my ankle is swollen. I'm not sure if it is "more" swollen than it might have been without the Xarelto. Is this a concern? It's a weekend and my doctor's not available, should I go to urgent care. It doesn't look terribly swollen, just more than I would have expected and I want to be sure. Thank you.

Oh, I should add, this is not in the leg that had the blood clot. It's the other leg.
