Scared I have dvt?

Hi. I am a hypochondriac but as usual, I am afraid this is the one time my pain is actually real. I am 17
I have no history of blood clots and my leg starting hurting the morning after I had just exercised all day. I was getting back into a healthy lifestyle for about a week.
My pain at first was really achey. It felt like it was kind of falling asleep all the time and I couldn't sleep. Nothing really helped. Sometimes it went away on its own for a few hours but it came back at night. I went to the er in the middle of the night because I couldnt sleep. An intern and doctor checked me out, said it didn't seem like DVT because I had no swelling, redness, etc. They sent me for a doppler ultrasound to make sure. The radiologist gave me instant results, said I had no blood clots. She checked my entire leg and did some squeezing method too idk. The doctor gave me 2 painkillers to ease the pain and this helped a lot. Pain was not really there.
I went home, pain was 99% gone until the night. It started to hurt a different day. Sort of felt like it was burning and had some sore pain. The pain also existed in my upper thigh. I went to an urgent care centre the next day, the doctor was pretty rude and said that I had no signs of dvt and that it was probably a muscle or pinched nerve.
I went to the family doctor the day after and she didn't suspect blood clots at all because I'm not on birth control and because my pain is on and off +no swelling.
I still have this pain now and it is a bit better than a few days ago. The pain is on and off .The only thing that helps a bit is when I get up and walk. When I sit in one position too long, the pain comes back full force. I have no other doctors to go to but this pain is really annoying. Sometimes it feels like its burning but sometimes it also feels like its cold..
Anyone have any advice?
Thank you

Thank you everyone. I did not have DVT, fortunately. It took me a while to stop worrying but I am alright :).
I have been however, diagnosed with GAD, especially health anxiety. So that is my new obstacle.

I hope you resolved this and your pain is gone. I also wanted to say that no one on a website can tell you if you have dvt, or what the circumstances are that may cause it. As yorkshire lass outlined if you haven't had the things she mentioned happen, then it is unlikely that you have dvt but it is not impossible and not 0% chance. So any time you feel you may have dvt with severe leg pain, or in another area, insist on proper testing. Better safe than sorry. Last year I nearly lost my life due the stupidity of a bunch of doctors so I have learned my lesson to listen to my own instincts. Let them be rude or whatever, better to save your life. And btw I was released with leg pain and dvt from an icu ward when I had mine! Hard to believe. I didn't have the typical severe swelling and bruising etc. My mom also died from a brain aneurysm, this could have been prevented if doctors had done the appropriate tests. I  have seen many serious mistakes over the years, so don't always rely on doctors for the truth or to do what needs to be done, sometimes you have to push for it or just go to an er and insist. take care.

If you are active (able to walk around normally) not had any accident or injury (which would have left you temp immobalised) yu have not had a baby, you are not so over weight that you are unable to walk and if you have not flown or had an operation lately........ then its is practically 0% chance of a dvt. but, speaking as someone who has suffered in the past with a dvt, and since has feared the sudden pain in the leg, i can tell you that some leg pains are exactly the same as the pain of you did have a dvt. When you do alot of exercise your blood vessels can become damaged / tired. This is the same pain, if you get it again i suggest you drink lots of water as that helps the blood circulate and get it pumping back in your leg, and rest up for a few days. You wont get a dvt but you could end up with varacose veins, hope your leg is better by now x

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If the investigations have ruled out any DVT, then it is unlikely to be DVT. It can be due to parasthesia or pinched nerve. I suggest you to apply cold compresses on the area and take some anti inflammatory pain killers like Ibuprofen after prescription from your doctor. Give complete rest to the part and avoid doing any activity like raising your arms or twisting the body which causes any further damage. Application of topical muscle relaxants also help. Also add diets rich in calcium, vitamins especially vitamin B 12 to daily routine.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
