Hi I recently had my wisdom tooth pulled and a bone graft as well

So it’s been about a week already since I’ve had it done the last couple of days of been really painful,  in my jaw bone like a burning  feeling I have a big hole in my gum  and it looks like my black stitches from the outside are stuck inside. I’m not sure if it had  stitches from the beginning inside but I’m a little concerned on why it’s hurting

Going back to your dentist to have a post op exam is advised.
