Bad Breathe, Thick Saliva, Dry Mouth

Recently I had my braces put in.  I, of course, scheduled an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and everything was ok.  I noticed that, even though i brush my teeth after every single mean(brush, floss + gum brush)and no matter how often i do it, my teeth seem to be turning yellow and I don't smoke.  Wat could be causing this?  Someone told me that I could have problems with my stomach and recommended that I take tums.  Did anyone encounter anything similar?
I really appreciate any response, thanks.

Did i mention that I wake up with the itchy and scratchy throat and ears. Some say it from me taking ALLEGRA, thats why i think I developed these tiny white bumps all over the back of my tounge. Or could it be a sulfer build up? Sorry for asking so many dead end questions. Im just desperate for some answers. Thank you. Plus I dont have health insurance i'm a 25 psychology major in medical school. But I dont know it all.

I have tiny white smelly bumps on the back of my tounge. It has been there for about 3 to 4 months now. It doesnt hurt nor bother me at all. I just keep looking at it in the mirror all the time. I'm also congested a lot of the time and have a scratchy throat and ears. This has been going on for the past 3 to 4 yaers, but now im just fed up with dealing with it. It also doesnt help that im stressed out all the time by it. To add on to that I am a hypocondriac. Somebody please give me some answers.

i'm not a doctor, but i read somewhere that it might be caused by your stomach's indigestion. try eating yogurt with 5 active culture (horizon or something.) and see if it gets better. Sometimes if you taste things in your mouth, that means you have bacteria in ur tongue. Then melt a piece of dark chocolate on your tongue.
