Can Dental pain be associated with a headache?

I had a root canal done on one of my top molars back in November. Later that day, I had excruciating pain and ended up in the ER. I was still in pain. The antibiotics and pain killers did nothing!
I later got referred to a specialist a few weeks ago to have another root canal done on the same tooth because I was still experiencing sensitivity and a lot of pain. The tooth is still sensitive and although they say the tooth is “dead”, I swear I still have feeling in it.
Now, as of today, I’ve been dealing with a constant headache for what feels like forever.
My left side of my cheek feels numb sometimes, my left Tempel is also sensitive to touch, and the headache radiates throughout my entire head. Nothing works. Ibuprofen, Vicodin...nothing. The headaches are becoming unbearable and I’m not sure what’s going. I have another appointment this coming week but I’m worried and nervous as to if I have an infection in my head or a brain tumor, I don’t know. Anyone else experience this ever??
