It just didn't work: the tooth is gone again. Any thoughts?
According to the dentist who did the work, it's probably mechanical friction with the upper teeth that causes dislocation, which is a reasonable explanation. So he ground down the teeth' edged and glued it back in place.
By the way, this was done in France, supposedly the country with the best health care in world.
Let anti-gallic sentiment loosen tongues ...
PS: it's true that it was done in France.
Is 'double check with another dentist' the best advice I can get on this forum?
Thanks, that answers the third question, but without the first two I can't make a convincing case for him to redo the work.
One teeth shows sign of decay after only a few months: is this normal, yes/no?
Both teeth are falling off: is the cement in the gum poor quality, what's the most likely cause?
Seeing another dentist to have a second opinion is advised.if the service does not meet current standard of care, you may ask you original dentist to redo the work.
