Herpes? little white dots on inner bottom lip

Alright so here is what happened and then my current situation/result.  Me and a friend went out and ended up kissing this girl a few times (not making out just a few kisses)

Now I have this little thing on my bottom lip, now it could be just from having chapped lips because I did have them but was using chapstick.  (I could just be paranoid)  But it gets a little white film/scab over it not white white but maybe like it could be dry skin/chapped

Then I also noticed a few white dots on the inside of my bottom lip.  I've been trying to research what they are and looking at herpes pictures but not really finding anything.  The night in question was saturday night and now it's currently monday night.

I did notice all of this on sunday.  The little white dots on my inner lip are very tiny almost like a very small zit,  I looked up something that you guys keep mentioning.  It starts with an M, but those "white dots" are huge.  these are very tiny.

I'm really freaking out thinking that I've attained herpes or possibly another disease.  Had a date sunday night but didn't kiss her either because I was freaking out about this all day sunday.  Also stomach was bothering me pretty much all day sunday on/off.  I know a guy who does have mouth/oral herpes, and when he contracted it he was puking/stomach sick.

:/

I've been searching the internet endlessly to figure out what this could be.  The closest thing that looks like what I have is called Fordyce Spots.

Also another little fact is that I really don't smoke, I use to a long time ago.  But while on vacation for 2 and 1/2 weeks I was smoking a bit.  Could that have contributed to this?

Well I was right about my lips they were just chapped :)

But I still have a few little white dots on the inside of my mouth (bottom lip)
Also I never really look at my tongue right, but I noticed a few white dots under it?  They seem to be symmetricle.  As in one is across from the other like

.   .
.   .

Under my tongue?  I'm going to get looked at/tested because this is freaking me out, But I also think I may be overreacting.

(and when I say white dot I mean a tiny little white dot, like a very small zip or something, NOT a canker sore)
