Identical bumps of either side of inner lip

I have two small bumps on the either side on my inner lip. They seem to mirror each other (in terms of size, characteristic, and location on the inner lip) - if you place the tip of your tongue at the corner of your month and move downwards, the bumps are located there.

I am sure that they are not mouth ulcers (as they are not painful and I have noticed them being there for about 5 weeks now). I am not sure if they are mucocoele (since they occur on both sides of the lip).

I am also not sure how long I have had them for, maybe I’ve had them for a long time but have only recently noticed them? Are these bumps normal, do other people have them? Is there any treatment to make them go away? Thank you for your respond.

Thank you for your feedback. I did consider that initially however over the past couple of weeks, i have been consuming a large amount of water every day (in excess of 2 litres) and they are still not going down.
I was looking for pictures to compare on the internet but couldnt really make out if other people have them or not.

These bumps might be due to water shortage. I know it might be expensive but you should consult a dentist on this issue as he would be in a much better position to analyze the situation and work accordingly.

I forgot to mention that these bumps are located on the lower lip.
