Infection

Hello all.

I have had all my wisdom teeth out about a month ago. I'm still in a lot of pain, and I have been back and fourth between the dentists and the Oral surgeons (Havn't been to either in over a week) and last time I went to the dentist they got out a bunch of food out of the extraction sites, and set me on my way. Anyway, My pain is increasing and it's not getting any better. Could this be a sign of infection? what do I need to look for in my mouth? It does Look red, but nothing to grahpic yet.

thanks all.
